Ben jij een technische specialist met ruime ervaring in het migreren van on-premises omgevingen naar Azure? In deze rol leid je de technische beoordeling, planning en uitvoering van migraties van on-premises applicaties, servers en databases naar Microsoft Azure, en zorg je dat dit veilig, performant en met minimale verstoring van de bedrijfsvoering gebeurt. Jouw werk als Migration Specialist Je voert discovery en assessments uit van on-premises servers, applicaties en databases met Azure Migrate en gerelateerde tools, en bouwt applicatie-afhankelijkheidskaarten om migratiegolven te bepalen op basis van complexiteit, risico en prioriteit. Je bepaalt per workload de juiste migratiestrategie (rehost, replatform, refactor, retire, retain) en voert server-, workload- en databasemigraties uit naar Azure IaaS en Paa-dienstenS zoals App Service, AKS, Azure SQL en Cosmos DB. Ook ontwerp en implementeer je netwerkconnectiviteit tijdens de transitieperiode, zoals VPN en ExpressRoute. Cutover en optimalisatie Je ontwikkelt en voert gedetailleerde cutover-plannen, rollback-plannen en go-live checklists uit, en coördineert UAT, performancetesten en post-migratievalidatie met applicatieteams. Je signaleert en verhelpt migratieblockers zoals legacy-afhankelijkheden en licentieproblemen, werkt samen met security- en complianceteams, en optimaliseert gemigreerde workloads op kosten en performance.
