Sta jij stevig in je schoenen, ben je overtuigd van het belang van handhaving en zorg jij dat de milieuwetgeving wordt nageleefd? Wil jij je inzetten voor een betere leefomgeving? Wat ga je doen - Je behandelt (complexe) handhavingszaken op het gebied van milieuwetgeving in nauwe samenwerking met de toezichthouders. - De handhavingszaken gaan over bijvoorbeeld geluidsoverlast, geuroverlast, stookinstallaties, opslag van gevaarlijke stoffen, energiebesparing, illegale asbestsaneringen, bodemenergiesystemen, onjuiste opslag/ verwerking/registratie van afvalstoffen, etc. - Je vertegenwoordigt het bevoegd gezag in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. - Je stelt beschikkingen op en toetst beschikkingen, juridische correspondentie en controlerapporten van collegas. - Je adviseert je collegas en onze opdrachtgevers over de uitvoering van de milieuwetgeving en de juridische consequenties hiervan. - Je werkt oplossingsgericht, signaleert knelpunten, analyseert scherpen interpreteert vindingrijk. - Je bent sparring- en gesprekspartner voor je collega-juristen, toezichthouders en het management. - Je werkt met ons zaaksysteem waarin je het proces, de kwaliteit en de doorlooptijd van jouw procedures bewaakt. Wat vragen wij van jou - Een afgeronde juridische opleiding op wo/hbo-niveau met bij voorkeur kennis van omgevingsrecht en Awb. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Je bent analytisch sterk, hebt overtuigingskracht en een open en klantgerichte manier van communiceren. - Je bent oplossings- en resultaatgericht en hebt gevoel voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen. - Je hebt zin om aan de slag te gaan in een leuk team waarin mensen voor elkaar klaar staan! - Goede ...
