DEIN BEITRAG

* Du unterstützt unser Sales Office und die Bid Manager im organisatorischen Ablauf von Ausschreibungen, Teilnahmeanträgen und Angeboten. * Du sichtest relevante Ausschreibungsportale nach neuen Bekanntmachungen und nutzt dabei auch digitale Tools und KI-Anwendungen zur Unterstützung. * Du verwaltest, strukturierst und verteilst Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Bieterfragen, Antworten und weitere projektbezogene Dokumente. * Du koordinierst Bieterfragen, verteilst sie an die zuständigen Fachbereiche und führst die Rückmeldungen strukturiert zusammen. * Du bereitest Angebotsunterlagen, Teilnahmeanträge und weitere Abgabedokumente für elektronische Vergabeplattformen vor und unterstützt beim Upload. * Du prüfst Abgabeunterlagen auf formale Vollständigkeit, Layout, Rechtschreibung, einheitliche Formatierung und saubere Dokumentenstruktur. * Du organisierst notwendige Unterschriften, interne Freigaben und Preisreviews mit der Geschäftsführung und erstellst einfache Protokolle. * Du stimmst dich mit Legal Advisor, Sales, Technik und weiteren internen Stellen ab, damit Unterlagen formal vollständig und korrekt vorbereitet sind. * Du hältst unsere digitale Ablage sauber, nachvollziehbar und zentral gepflegt. * Du unterstützt im Vertriebs- und Angebotsmanagement, z. B. beim Versand von Angeboten, bei der korrekten Ablage im System und bei der Erstellung kleinerer Angebote im Breitengeschäft.

DEIN SKILLSET * Für deine Rolle qualifiziert dich eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. HAK, HAS oder eine kaufmännische Lehre. Auch mit einer technischen Ausbildung, z. B. HTL, und Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen bist du bei uns richtig. * Du arbeitest sehr genau, strukturiert und verlässlich und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick. * Du hast Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben, Dokumentenmanagement und einer sauberen digitalen Ablage. * Du interessierst dich für Vertriebs-, Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozesse und möchtest dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln. * Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft Office um, insbesondere mit Word, Excel und Outlook. * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. * Fristen, Formalvorgaben und vertrauliche Unterlagen behandelst du mit hoher Sorgfalt. * Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen internen Schnittstellen zusammen und hast Interesse an digitalen Tools und KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen.
