Für einen unserer top Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach: 1 Mitarbeiter im Facility Management (m/w/d) Standort: Bezirk Gmunden

Aufgaben:

* Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle und Wartung von Gebäuden, Anlagen und Geräten

* Koordination externer Wartungsarbeiten

* Allgemeine Hausbetreuung und Winterdienst

* Unterstützung bei Archivierungs- und Übersiedlungsmaßnahmen

* Durchführung von Besorgungs- und Fahrdiensten

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen Bereich

* Stapler- und Kranschein von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Führerschein B

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse

* Entlohnung von mind. € 3.500,- Brutto / Monat
