Um unsere Kunden bestmöglich rund ums Bike-Leasing zu beraten, suchen wir Unterstützung im Back Office.

* Du betreust unsere Kunden telefonisch im Bereich FIRMENRADL * Du bist für die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Vertragsunterlagen verantwortlich * Du kümmerst dich um die Reklamationsbehandlung und die gesamte Korrespondenz

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK oder HLW) und Freude an organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du möchtest dein Wissen aus der Ausbildung in der Praxis einsetzen und dich in ein spannendes Spezialgebiet einarbeiten. Erste Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil - Erfahrungen aus dem Versicherungsbereich sehen wir als zusätzliches Plus. * Du bist vertraut mit den gängigen MS Office Tools (insbesondere Word, Excel,...) * Du bist neugierig, möchtest Zusammenhänge verstehen und hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen. * Du bist für unsere Kunden mit deiner hohen Serviceorientierung die ideale Ansprechperson * Du benötigst für diese Aufgaben gute Rhetorik und Deutschkenntnisse

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab 2.251 Euro (für 38,5 Std./ Woche) vorgesehen. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
