Du wirst zur zentralen Drehscheibe zwischen Kunden, Lager, Einkauf und Geschäftsleitung. Mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren und unser ERP-System jederzeit aktuelle und vollständige Daten liefert.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare

* Erfahrung

* Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

DEINE AUFGABEN

* ERP-Stammdaten pflegen (Artikel, Chargen, EAN,

Sprachen)

* Kundenaufträge im ERP erfassen und verwalten

* Auftragsbestätigungen erstellen und versenden

* Liefertermine koordinieren und Kunden informieren

* Unterstützung der Buchhaltung

* Personalverrechnung vorbereiten

* Kundenanfragen und Aftersales bearbeiten
