Deine Aufgaben als Gelber Engel:

* Als erste:r persönliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitglieder vermittelst du "das gute Gefühl, beim

Club zu sein"

* Du berätst zum gesamten Leistungsspektrum des ÖAMTC, wie zum Beispiel Mitgliedschaft &

Schutzbrief, Versicherungen uvm und bietest diese aktiv an

* Du stehst unseren Mitgliedern bei Fragen rund um Kindersitze, Babyschalen, Dachboxen aber auch bei

technischen Prüfdienstleistungen im KFZ Bereich kompetent zur Seite

* Du schätzt ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet und nutzt hierfür unterschiedliche IT-Programme

* Du nimmst laufend an internen Schulungen teil und gewährleistest so eine außergewöhnliche

Verkaufsberatung

* Du erstellst Reise-Infosets, welche unseren Mitgliedern hilfreiche Informationen über Einreise-, Maut-,

Verkehrsbestimmungen im Urlaubsland liefern

* Du bist Teil eines Teams, in dem man sich gegenseitig unterstützt

Hast Du das Zeug dazu?

* Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAS oder LAP im Bereich Einzelhandel oder Büro)

* Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der aktiven Verkaufsberatung und unsere Mitglieder fühlen

sich bei dir gut aufgehoben

* Du besitzt gute Computerkenntnisse und begegnest neuen IT-Programmen mit Offenheit und Lernbegeisterung

* Du besitzt den Führerschein B und kannst dadurch die Clubmobilvergabe am Stützpunkt selbstständig

abwickeln

Unser Gehaltspaket für dich:

ab 2.607,36 € brutto für Vollzeit, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung Überzahlung möglich
