Als Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) in der Entwicklung für Wasserstoffsysteme bist du eine der zentralen Schnittstellen in einem interdisziplinären Team zwischen Entwicklung, Herstellprozess und Kunden.

Du begleitest und verantwortest die technische Umsetzung während des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus - von der Konzeption über die Validierung bis zur Serienreife.

Deine Aufgaben

> Du koordinierst das Anforderungsmanagement für unsere Wasserstoffsysteme, von der Erfassung über die Priorisierung bis zur Ableitung der Anforderungen auf Subkomponenten

> Du moderierst eigenverantwortlich Design-FMEAs (D-FMEA), um systematisch Risiken in der Produktentwicklung zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssteigerung abzuleiten

> Du wirkst aktiv an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios mit und bringst neue Ideen ein

> Bei technischen Herausforderungen leitest du strukturierte Problemlösungsprozesse in interdisziplinären Teams

> Du definierst und erarbeitest detaillierte Testabläufe und -spezifikationen im Rahmen des Design Verification Plans (DVP)

> Darauf aufbauend entwickelst du robuste und effiziente Prüfkonzepte für die Serienfertigung

> Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für die Abstimmung und Abwicklung von Produktzertifizierungen

> In enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfinstituten und Partnern stellst du die Einhaltung internationaler Normen und Standards sicher

Dein Profil

> Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

> Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, in der Entwicklung oder im Qualitätsmanagement im industriellen Umfeld mit

> Erfahrung im Bereich Wasserstofftechnologien, insbesondere der Elektrolyse, ist von großem Vorteil

> Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA und der Erstellung von Testplänen (DVP) sowie deren operativer Umsetzung

> Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus und die Erzielung von Ergebnissen hat für dich höchste Priorität

> Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit ermöglicht es dir, souverän zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen und mit externen Partnern/Kunden zu agieren
