Das Team der mobilen sozialpsychiatrischen Betreuung unterstützt Menschen mit psychischen Schwierigkeiten dabei, ein möglichst eigenständiges und selbstbestimmtes Leben in ihrer vertrauten Umgebung führen zu können.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in Hartberg suchen wir eine*n 1 Mitarbeiter*in für die mobile sozialpsychiatrische Betreuung für 30 - 37 Wochenstunden WIR BIETEN IHNEN

* Eine verantwortungsvolle und sinnstiftende Tätigkeit in einem engagierten Team

* Familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten (keine Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit, 4-Tage-Woche nach Vereinbarung möglich)

* Ein offenes und kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld

* Spezifische Einschulung im Fachbereich, regelmäßige Supervisionen

* Internes fachbezogenes Fortbildungsprogramm

IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH

* Sie begleiten Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in deren jeweiligem Umfeld (Hausbesuche).

* Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kund*innen entwickeln Sie einen Betreuungsplan zur erfolgreichen Alltagsbewältigung und der Strukturierung des Tagesablaufs (keine pflegerischen Tätigkeiten).

* Sie unterstützen beim Kontakt zu Behörden, Einrichtungen und Institutionen.

* Sie fördern zielorientiert die Wieder- bzw. Neuentdeckung von Ressourcen und

unterstützen Ihre Kund*innen beim Erlernen eines adäquaten Umgangs mit der Erkrankung

IHRE QUALIFIKATION

* Pädagog*innen (Bachelor Pädagogik/Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaften, Master Sozialpädagogik oder Erwachsenenbildung), Sozialarbeiter*innen, Psycholog*innen (mindestens Bakkalaureat), diplomierte psychiatrische DGKP

* mehrjährige Erfahrung im sozialpsychiatrischen Bereich wünschenswert

* ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Empathie, Hands-On-Mentalität und Reflexionsbereitschaft

* Routine im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (speziell MS Office)

* Führerschein der Klasse B

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt bewegt sich je nach Erfahrung zwischen € 3.348,90 und € 4.050,30 auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß SWÖ-KV Vwg. 8.
