Unsere Systeme überzeugen durch höchste Qualität, individuelle Anpassbarkeit und langjährige Zuverlässigkeit - auch im Service. 1 Mitarbeiter_in im After Sales Technische Betreuung des internationalen Händler- und Servicenetzwerks (Telefon/E-Mail). Analyse und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen. Schnittstelle zu Vertrieb, Konstruktion und Ersatzteilwesen. Erstellung technischer Unterlagen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen bei internationalen Partnern (inkl. gelegentlicher Reisen).

Deine Aufgaben:

* Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unseres internationalen Händler- und Servicenetzwerks (telefonisch und per E-Mail)

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von technischen Reklamationen (mechanisch, elektrisch, elektronisch)

* Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der After-Sales-Abteilung durch regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Kernmärkten

* Koordination mit Ersatzteilwesen, Konstruktion und Vertrieb

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von technischen Unterlagen (z. B. Betriebs- und Montageanleitungen, Fehlersuchhilfen)

* Durchführung von technischen Schulungen bei internationalen Partnern vor Ort (gelegentliche Auslandsreisen)

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL o. ä.), idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Elektrik/Elektronik

* Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Fremdsprachen (z. B. Französisch oder Spanisch) von Vorteil

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten mit hoher Serviceorientierung und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
