eine_n engagierte_n Mitarbeiter_in für Kostenrechnung / Controlling (m/w/d) - Vollzeit 1 Mitarbeiter_in im Bereich Kostenrechnung/ Controlling

Finanzcontrolling (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kostenstruktur

* Kalkulation von Produkten sowie Analyse von Herstellkosten und Deckungsbeiträgen

* Mitarbeit bei der Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Investitionsrechnungen

* Erstellung von Plan-/Soll-/Ist-Analysen, sowie Vor- und Nachkalkulation von Artikeln

* Erstellung von Reporting, Kennzahlen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen

* Optimierung der Kostenrechnung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Prozesse

* Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Erarbeiten von Handlungsempfehlungen

* Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungs- und Verantwortungsbereichen im Controlling

* Bearbeitung, Abwicklung und Verantwortung für Förderanträge

* Koordination mit Behörden und Abwicklung von Anträgen mit Behörden

Unsere Erwartungen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder Finanz, bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im Controlling oder in der Kostenrechnung eines produzierenden Unternehmens

* Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke

* Verständnis für Unternehmensprozesse

* Anpassungsfähige, selbstständige, lösungs- und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft über die eigene Expertise hinaus dazuzulernen und bereichsübergreifend im Team zu arbeiten

* Freude daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Jährliches Bruttoentgelt von mindestens 70.000€. Je nach Berufserfahrung und Ausbildung ist eine Überzahlung möglich
