Für unseren Unternehmen suchen wir aktuell 1 Mitarbeiter:in im Bereich Personal & Rechnungswesen Ihre Aufgaben

Personalmanagement

* Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen

* Betreuung des gesamten Vertragsmanagements

* Bearbeitung von Urlaubsanträgen und Krankmeldungen

* Kontrolle und Verwaltung der Zeiterfassung

* Unterstützung bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit BMD Business Software

* Durchführung von Personalcontrolling-Aufgaben

Lehrlingsmanagement

* Erstellung von Lehrverträgen

* Betreuung unserer Lehrlinge während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit

* Kommunikation mit Berufsschulen und Behörden

* Organisation und Beantragung von Förderungen

Rechnungswesen

* Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen

* Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Unterstützung in der Lieferantenbuchhaltung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Idealerweise 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Grundkenntnisse in Lohnverrechnung und Buchhaltung

* Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel

* Organisationstalent und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Hohe Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Entlohnung

Wir bieten Ihnen eine unbefristete Anstellung in einer 5-Tage-Woche von Montag bis Freitag.

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt € 2.600 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
