nach relevanter Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.

Vollzeit (38,5 Std.)

Deine Mission

* Du wickelst eigenständig internationale Exportgeschäfte ab und stellst die

termingerechte Bearbeitung sicher, von der Angebotslegung bis zur

Auftragserteilung.

* Du führst Finanzierungs- und Dokumentengeschäfte durch, um

internationale Transaktionen professionell und effizient abzuwickeln.

* Du koordinierst Transportabläufe, organisierst Kundenbesuche und

Maschinenabnahmen.

* Du unterstützt die weltweit tätigen Area Sales Manager im Tagesgeschäft

und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen

Fachabteilungen und externen Ansprechpartnern.

* Du übernimmst die Pflege von Stammdaten sowie allgemeine

administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams und zur

Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.

Das bringst du mit

* Du bringst Erfahrung im Exportgeschäft mit.

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bist technikaffin

und verfügst über ein sicheres Gespür für internationale

Kundenkommunikation.

* You are able to conduct negotiations in English (written and spoken),

weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

* Du überzeugst mit Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und einer

ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung.

* Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office sowie CRM- und ERPSystemen

und bewahrst auch bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen stets

einen klaren Kopf.
