Wir setzen auf Menschen, die beruflich sowie privat mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft bei der Sache sind! 1 Mitarbeiter_in im Verkauf für die Filiale in Ehrwald.

Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 20 Wochenstunden zu den handelsüblichen Öffnungszeiten (Wintersaison auch Sonntag).

- Du bist sportbegeistert und hast Spaß an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und Verkauf

- Teamorientierung ist für dich nicht nur ein Wort - du bist Teamplayer durch und durch

- Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und nimmst Herausforderungen proaktiv an

- Trends und Produkte in der Sportbranche interessieren dich und du informierst dich gerne proaktiv

- Manchmal bist du selbst dein bester Kunde - du hast eine Schwäche für Sportartikel und probierst die neuesten Trends am liebsten gleich selbst aus

Durch deine kompetente Beratung werden Kund_innen zu Stammkunden

- Beratung & Verkauf:

Du unterstützt unsere Kund_innen, die richtige Ausstattung für ihre sportlichen Aktivitäten zu finden und sorgst mit deiner serviceorientierten Beratung dafür, dass sie sich bestens aufgehoben fühlen und gerne wiederkommen

- (Weiter-)Entwicklung:

Du bist bereit, stets Neues zu lernen, und informierst dich aktiv über Trends in der Branche.

Dein Wissen teilst du auch gerne mit deinen Kolleg_innen

- Anpacken:

Bei uns helfen alle mit - vom Store Manager bis zum Lehrling: aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und bei Bedarf auch Unterstützung an der Kassa
