Deine Rolle

Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kollegen bei allen IT-Themen - von der Betreuung der Arbeitsplätze über Benutzerverwaltung bis hin zur Systempflege. Damit schaffst du den Freiraum, der es uns ermöglicht, unsere Automatisierungen und KI-Agenten gezielt weiterzuentwickeln. Bringst du selbst Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung oder im Umgang mit KI-Modellen mit, hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit, dich zunehmend auch in diese Projekte einzubringen und mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Anfragen der Kollegen (Ticketsystem, Support im Arbeitsalltag)

* Betreuung und Verwaltung von Endgeräten (Windows, macOS, iPad) inkl. Mobile Device Management

* Administration von Microsoft 365 / Exchange (Postfächer, Benutzer, Berechtigungen)

* Mitwirkung an Wartung und Betrieb unserer Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Automatisierungen und Prozesse

* Nach Erfahrung und Interesse: Mitarbeit an KI-Projekten - Integration von KI-Tools und -Modellen in bestehende Abläufe

* Mithilfe bei IT-Sicherheit, Systemstabilität und technischer Dokumentation

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Lehre) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT-Bereich

* Erfahrung im IT-Support bzw. in der Betreuung von Endgeräten und Nutzer

* Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung/Programmierung sowie im Umgang mit KI-Modellen, APIs oder Automatisierungstools (z. B. n8n)

* Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse für technische Dokumentation von Vorteil
