* Steuerung des Servicedesks und Ticketmanagements inklusive Priorisierung

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im Team (Hard- und Software) sowie Hilfestellung bei Problemen

* Aufbau und Weitergabe von Fachwissen

* Nahtstelle zu anderen Abteilungen

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Supportprozessen, Dokumentationen und SOP?s

* Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Umfeld
