Hauptaufgaben

* Bewertung von Immobilien und Liegenschaften als Kreditsicherheiten

* Ermittlung und Beurteilung von Marktwerten

* Prüfung externer Gutachten sowie Analyse von Sicherheiten und Risiken

* Unterstützung des Kreditprozesses

* Laufende Überwachung und Nachbewertung bestehender Sicherheiten

* Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Berichten und Dokumentationen

* Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, betriebswirtschaftliche oder immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung oder Interesse im Kredit-, Sicherheiten- und Immobilienbereich

* Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Ein hohes Maß an Risikobewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl

* Selbstständigkeit, Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

* Teamgeist sowie eine klare und professionelle Kommunikation

* Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte zu beurteilen und nachvollziehbar zu dokumentieren

* Bereitschaft, Ihr Fachwissen laufend weiterzuentwickeln und sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
