* Du arbeitest gerne mit Kindern und Jugendlichen - authentisch, auf Augenhöhe und mit Enthusiasmus

* Du bringst eine Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit, Pädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation mit

* Du kommunizierst gut, arbeitest beziehungsorientiert, reflexionsfreudig und selbstständig im Team

* Du setzt klare Grenzen- und bleibst dabei wertschätzend und beziehungsorientiert

* Du hast Geduld, Humor und Nerven auch dann, wenn es mal turbulent wird einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren

* Du handelst werteorientiert und mit echtem Interesse an jungen Menschen

Deine Mission

* Sicherer Raum: Du gestaltest ein inklusives, wertschätzendes Umfeld, in dem sich jungen Menschen wohlfühlen und entfalten können

* Frische Ideen: Du entwickelst und umsetzt bedarfsgerechte Angebote von Kreativ- , Spiel- und Workshop-Formaten bis zu Projekten und Events

* Sichtbar sein: Du repräsentierst das Jugendzentrum nach außen in Schulen, Vereinen und bei Partner_innen vor Ort

* Organisationstalent: Du planst, koordinierst und machst Ausflüge, Veranstaltungen & Workshops
