Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen, sehr spannenden Rolle:

* Arbeitsrechtliche und lohnverrechnerische Beratung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte an allen unseren Standorten

* intensive Auseinandersetzung mit arbeitsrechtlichen Rahmenbedinungen im In- und Ausland (Spanien, Italien,...)

* Erstellung, Überprüfung, Kommunikation und Verwaltung von Dokumenten aller Art und Dokumentensystemen

* Zusammenarbeit mit allen unseren Bereichen und dem Betriebsrat

* Mitarbeit in bereichübergreifenden Projekten

Wir suchen dich, weil...

* du über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen Abschluss einer höheren berufsbildenden Schule verfügst.

* du bereits Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung gesammelt hast.

* du verantwortungsbewusst mit sensiblen Personalthemen umgehst und dich deiner Verantwortung bewusst bist.

* du ein:e organisierte:r Teamplayer:in bist, die:der strukturiert, selbstständig und genau arbeitet.
