Sie sind Personalverrechner_in mit Leidenschaft für Zahlen, Prozesse und Menschen?

Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen! Verstärken Sie unser HR-Team im Rahmen einer Karenzvertretung und bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung in einem wertschätzenden Umfeld ein. Die Position ist auf zwei Jahre befristet und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Abwicklung der monatlichen Personalverrechnung für einen zugewiesenen Betreuungsbereich

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards und rechtlichen Anforderungen

* Verwaltung aller internen und externen Schnittstellen zu Behörden etc.

* Ansprechpartner_in für lohnsteuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtliche Fragen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Payroll-Prozesse, sowie Unterstützung bei internen HR-Projekten

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung

* Erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnerprüfung

* Grundkenntnisse in SAP HCM von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Analytisches Denken, Genauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

In Österreich sind wir gesetzlich verpflichtet ein Mindestentgelt anzugeben. Dies entspricht dem Kollektivvertrag IT (ST1) € 45.738,- / p.a. Das tatsächliche Angebot berücksichtigt Marktpreise, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
