Die voestalpine Standortservice GmbH bietet infrastrukturelle Dienstleistungen am Standort Linz an und umfasst die Bereiche Facility Management, Liegenschafts- und Verkehrsmanagement, Unternehmenssicherheit und die Betriebsmedizin.

Der Bereich Facility Management ist verantwortlich für die Koordination von Dienstleistungen für die Errichtung, den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung von rund 70 Büro-Immobilien der Steel Division am Standort Linz. Neben der Begleitung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten stellen die Steuerung des Dienstleistungszukaufs bei externen Partnerunternehmen und ein entsprechendes Qualitätsmanagement wesentliche Kernaufgaben dar.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter:in Qualitätssicherung Facility Services - Karenzvertretung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Qualitätssicherung von Reinigungsdienstleistungen im betreuten Objektstand

* Koordination und operative Steuerung externer Reinigungsdienstleister:innen

* Aktive Kund:innenbetreuung und Ansprechpartner:in vor Ort

* Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen und Evaluierung der erbrachten Leistungen

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen (persönlich, telefonisch und schriftlich)

* Durchführung administrativer Tätigkeiten, z.B Dokumentation und Berichtswesen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Dienstleistungsumfeld

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Umfassende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) für die interne und externe Kommunikation

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen, kommunizieren souverän und behalten auch in einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag den Überblick. Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein professionelles Auftreten zeichnen Sie aus

Vergütung

Entgelt und Benefits: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt € 2.705,03 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.

Karenzvertretung Befristung: 2 Jahre
