1 Mitarbeiter:in Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

·Du überprüfst gefertigte Produkte auf definierte Qualitätsmerkmale und führst entsprechende Endkontrollen durch.

·Während der laufenden Produktion kontrollierst du unter anderem Maße, Oberflächen und Sortierungen.

·Du erkennst Qualitätsabweichungen frühzeitig und unterstützt dabei, Fehlerquellen zu reduzieren und Ausschuss zu vermeiden.

·Gemeinsam mit den Verantwortlichen in der Produktion stellst du die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards sicher.

·Du behältst bestehende Abläufe und Prozesse im Blick und wirkst bei deren laufender Verbesserung mit.

·Du vermittelst Qualitätsanforderungen an Kolleg*innen in der Produktion und stärkst damit das Qualitätsbewusstsein im Arbeitsalltag.

Dein Profil

·Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung - beispielsweise Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

·Berufserfahrung in Produktion oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil

·Technisches Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

·Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

·Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Probleme lösungsorientiert anzugehen

·Kommunikationsstärke und ein professioneller Umgang mit Kolleg*innen aus unterschiedlichen Produktionsbereichen
