Wir sind esarom. Ein österreichisches, international tätiges Familienunternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen machen wir Nahrungsmittel und Getränke zu Geschmackserlebnissen und schenken damit den Menschen ein Stück Lebensfreude.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter:in Qualitätssicherung MIKROBIOLOGIE (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Du führst mikrobiologische Routinetests an Wareneingängen, Warenausgängen und Betriebsmitteln durch und orientierst dich dabei an unseren internen Grenzwerten und Spezifikationen.

* Du prüfst unsere Rohstoffe sowie Produkte in verschiedenen Produktionsstadien - und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Produktqualität und Produktsicherheit.

* Du bearbeitest mikrobiologische Sonderuntersuchungen nach Vorgabe und führst Verifizierungen durch.

* Du überprüfst die Anlagen- und Betriebshygiene, unter anderem anhand von Spülproben und Zonenkonzepten.

DU BRINGST MIT

* Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie (z. B. HTL) abgeschlossen oder bereits erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Umfeld gesammelt.

* Du verfügst über solide mikrobiologische Kenntnisse und setzt diese sicher ein.

* Zusammenarbeit ist dir wichtig - du arbeitest gerne im Team und unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen.

* Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein gehört für dich selbstverständlich dazu.

* Du arbeitest sorgfältig, genau und zuverlässig.

* Der Umgang mit EDV-Programmen, insbesondere MS Office, ist dir vertraut.

* Dein Arbeitsplatz befindet sich in 2105 Oberrohrbach, daher ist ein eigener PKW erforderlich.
