Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als 1 Mitarbeiter_in Sekretariat (w/m/d) in Vollzeit am Standort in 1220 Wien.

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten für unsere Kunden

* Einholen von Angeboten unserer Lieferanten und Partner

* Auftragsbearbeitung - Erstellung und Bearbeitung aller auftragsbezogenen Unterlagen

* Professionelles Telefonmanagement und interne Anrufvermittlung

* Unterstützung des technischen Projektleiters

* Allgemeine administrative Verwaltungs- und Bürotätigkeiten im gesamten Bereich

Office-Management

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer

vergleichbaren Position (Rezeption, Empfang, Telefondienst)

* Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (ab Level B2)

* Lernfähiges, offenes und freundliches Auftreten mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Hohe Organisationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Freundliche Telefonstimme
