Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Wünschendorf (Gleisdorf) ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter_in Supply Chain Management In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eigenständig und kommunizieren aktiv mit unseren Geschäftspartnern, um die Waren termingerecht bereitzustellen und zu liefern. Die Begeisterung für Lebensmittel bildet die Grundlage, um die eingehenden Aufträge in unsrem ITSystem zu erfassen, die Waren zu disponieren, die Termine zu verfolgen und das Lager zu bewirtschaften. Ihre Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeigen sich in der Qualität der Daten im BMD-System.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

* Laufende Bedarfs- und Bestandsplanung

* Verwalten des Prozesses in der Warenwirtschaft von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Fakturierung

* Verwaltung der Läger durch gewissenhafte Lagerbewirtschaftung

* Organisation von Transporten, Terminverfolgung und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Speditionen

* Mitarbeit bei Produktionsplanungen vom agrarischen Rohstoff zur fertigen Konserve samt Verpackungen

* Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten, Kunden und Speditionen hinsichtlich Ladungsträgerthemen

* Erfassung und Wartung der Logistikstammdaten und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen

Sie bringen mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Vorerfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, Logistik und/ oder Ex- und Import von Vorteil

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

* BMD-Vorkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Dynamisches, flexibles und engagiertes Auftreten

* Proaktive Lösungs- und Serviceorientierung

* Strukturiertes und Vernetztes Denken

* Flexibilität bei saisonalen Anforderungen

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresbruttoentgelt in Vollzeit von mindestens € 36.400,--. Die tatsächliche Einstufung orientiert sich an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegt daher je nach Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
