Für unseren nationalen & internationalen Vertrieb suchen wir Verstärkung im Innendienst. Als Mitglied unseres dynamischen Vertriebsteams bist du verantwortlich für die effektive Unterstützung der Teamaktivitäten, betreust unsere Kund:innen und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedensten internen Abteilungen (u.a. Verkauf, Produktion, Logistik) und unseren Kund:innen. Du bist bereit für neue Herausforderungen, möchtest Kund:innenbetreuung in den Fokus deiner Arbeit stellen und das Vertriebsteam bestmöglich unterstützen? Dann bist du bei uns richtig! 1 Mitarbeiter:in Vertriebsinnendienst Deine Aufgaben im Vertriebsinnendienst

* Umfassende Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams in enger Zusammenarbeit

* Aktive schriftliche & telefonische Betreuung unserer Kund:innen

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Projektangebote und -lösungen

* Bestelleingabe und -abwicklung

* Projektmanagement im Vertriebsbereich und Projektabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedensten Abteilungen (Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Marketing, ...)

* Erstellung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von vertriebsrelevanten Auswertungen, wie Umsatz-, Produkt- und Kundenanalysen, zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen

* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung verschiedenster administrativer Tätigkeiten des Vertriebsteams sowie Datenpflege

* Organisation von vertriebsrelevanten Messen inkl. Mitarbeit und teilweise Teilnahme

* Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung

* Professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und Interesse an Prozessoptimierungen

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Leidenschaft für Bio-Lebensmittel
