Die Dr. Schilhan Holding GmbH sucht ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Telefonakquise (8045 Graz) Unsere Anforderungen an Dich:

* Nachweisbare Erfahrung im telefonischen Verkauf oder in der aktiven Neukundenakquise (Cold Calls) - idealerweise im Telefonmarketing oder im direkten Vertrieb

* Ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung: Du bleibst im Gespräch dran, argumentierst sicher und verfolgst konsequent das Ziel, unsere Dienstleistungen erfolgreich zu platzieren

* Mehrjährige Praxis in der telefonischen und/oder persönlichen Kundenberatung mit Fokus auf aktiver Verkaufsleistung

* Sehr hohe Serviceorientierung kombiniert mit professionellem und gewinnendem Auftreten

* Exzellentes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen in deutscher Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)

* Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Du arbeitest routiniert mit Daten, pflegst Kontakte strukturiert im System und dokumentierst Deine Aktivitäten präzise

Deine Arbeitszeiten:

* 20 Wochenstunden

* Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr (Gleitzeit möglich)

Deine Aufgaben:

* Aufbereitung potenzieller Neukunden in Absprache mit dem Vertrieb

* Telefonische Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen und aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebs

* Terminkoordination mit unseren Verkaufsberater:innen im Außendienst

* Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen den verschiedenen internen Abteilungen

* Durchführung von Cross- und Upselling

* Beratung bei der Produktauswahl

* Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundeninformationen im CRM-System

Wir bieten Dir:

Gehalt: ab € 2.059,41 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß Kollektivvertrag. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
