Für unser österreichisches Headquarter in Korneuburg suchen wir befristet für den Zeitraum von 9 - 12 Monaten eine:n engagierte:n Mitarbeiter:in Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management (QHSE), die/der unsere QHSE Abteilung in sämtliche administrativen Belangen in den Themen Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umwelt unterstützt. Du hast ein Auge für's Detail und das Organisieren und Administrieren von Themen liegt dir im Blut? Dann bewirb dich bei uns und werde Teil unseres österreichischen HAVI Teams! Für diese Position ist ein monatlicher Bruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 2.700,- (38,5 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position übernimmst du vielfältige organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben und unterstützt unser dreiköpfiges Team bei der Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Bereich Qualität, Sicherheit, Umwelt und Gesundheit. Mit deinem strukturierten Arbeitsstil behältst du Termine, Dokumente und Prozesse im Blick und trägst wesentlich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte und Anforderungen bei.

Was dich erwartet: Gemeinsam mit deinem 2-köpfigen Team kümmerst du dich um IFS, DQMP, SMETA, und Bio, ASC/MSC sowie AMA-Audits an 4 Standorten und wirst von deinem Team unterstützt, Entscheidungen betreffend Nachhaltigkeit, Brandschutz und Arbeitssicherheit zu treffen. In deiner Hand laufen alle Fäden betreffend Management-Systemen und QHSE zusammen.

Du wirst folgende Aufgaben übernehmen: * Übernahme diverser organisatorischer und administrativer Agenden * Koordinierung und Durchführung der Dokumentenlenkung * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Schulungsthemen betreffend Qualität, Sicherheit, Umwelt und Gesundheit seitens der Abteilung * Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung für Audits * Unterstützung bei abteilungsinternen Projekten - insbesondere beteffend Arbeitsschutz und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz

Das bringst du mit: * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung * Erste Erfahrung bei Vorbereitsungsarbeiten für Audits * Erfahrung im Office-Bereich/in der Administration * Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise * Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
