Aufgaben

Daten-Manager_in:

Du pflegst und verwaltest die Personalstammdaten unserer Mitarbeiter_innen gewissenhaft und diskret.

Lohn-Vorbereiter_in:

Du unterstützt bei der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und bist Anlaufstelle für abrechnungsrelevante Fragen.

*

Vertrags-Gestalter_in:

Du erstellst Dienstverträge, Zeugnisse sowie diverse Bestätigungen und sorgst für rechtlich korrekte Unterlagen.

Schnittstellen-Profi:

Du kommunizierst proaktiv mit Ämtern, Krankenkassen und Versicherungen und hältst die Termine fest im Blick.

Talent-Scout

Du gleichst Bewerberprofile mit den offenen Stellen und Kundenanforderungen ab und koordinierst Vorstellungsgespräche zwischen Bewerber und Kunden

Know How

Ausbildung:

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW oder Lehre) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Personalwesen mit.

Rechtssicherheit:

Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sind für dich kein Fremdwort.

IT-Affinität:

Du beherrschst MS Office (vor allem Excel) sicher und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Personalsoftware ein.

Sprachgefühl:

Du verfügst über den Anforderungen entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, um Verträge präzise zu formulieren und die interne Korrespondenz professionell zu führen.

Persönlichkeit:

Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, absolute Diskretion und eine hohe Serviceorientierung aus.
