Headhuntersteam - MKB Adviseur met partnerambitie Bedrijfsprofiel Voor een accountants- en adviesorganisatie in Noord-Nederland zoeken wij een ervaren MKB Adviseur die toe is aan een volgende stap in zijn of haar loopbaan. Een positie voor iemand die graag dicht bij ondernemers staat, inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid wil dragen en de ambitie heeft om op termijn door te groeien naar partner. De organisatie richt zich voornamelijk op ondernemers binnen het MKB en ondersteunt hen bij uiteenlopende financiële, fiscale en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken. Persoonlijk contact speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. De lijnen zijn kort en klanten hebben direct contact met de professionals die hun onderneming kennen. Met meerdere vestigingen in Noord-Nederland heeft de organisatie een sterke regionale positie en een brede klantenportefeuille. Tegelijkertijd is de organisatie groot genoeg om verschillende specialismen in huis te hebben en medewerkers volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden te bieden. Bedrijfscultuur De werkomgeving laat zich het beste omschrijven als professioneel, toegankelijk en ondernemend. Er is weinig behoefte aan onnodige hiërarchie; juist zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerken worden belangrijk gevonden.
