Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken wij een MLOps Engineer. Je komt terecht in een team dat AI-oplossingen naar productie brengt en daar draaiend houdt: van klassieke machine learning en predictive analytics tot Large Language Models en de eerste stappen met agentic AI. Jij bent de schakel tussen prototype en productie. Data Scientists bouwen het model, jij zorgt dat het als applicatie live gaat, meeschaalt, gemonitord wordt en blijft werken als er iets misgaat. Belangrijk om te weten: dit is geen modelleerrol. Je bouwt zelf geen modellen en doet geen feature engineering. Je werkt aan deployment, pipelines, schaalbaarheid, monitoring en incident management. Engels is de voertaal in het team. Wat ga je doen? - Je brengt applicaties en ML-modellen naar productie en houdt ze daar betrouwbaar, - Je monitort pipelines en signaleert afwijkingen voordat de business ze merkt, - Je lost schaalbaarheidsvraagstukken op: hoe houdt een applicatie het bij tienvoudig gebruik, - Je pakt incidenten op, lost ze op en voorkomt dat ze terugkomen, - Je richt deployment-pipelines en CI/CD in en verbetert deze, - Je vergroot de observability en betrouwbaarheid van AI-services, - Je schakelt met Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers en Product Owners, - Je informeert collega's in andere landen over wat er live gaat, wat de impact is en wat er van hen wordt verwacht, - Je draagt bij aan platformstandaarden, best practices en herbruikbare componenten. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over wo-werk- en denkniveau, of hbo met aantoonbaar veel relevante ervaring, - Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in MLOps, DevOps of software engineering, - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het deployen van applicaties in een productieomgeving, en met de vragen die daarna komen...
