Als mobiel surveillant heb jij een goed inlevingsvermogen om situaties en risico's snel en goed in te schatten en daar naar te handelen. Zowel mondeling als fysiek ben jij in staat om (risicovolle) situaties correct op te lossen op een daadkrachtige, weloverwogen en tactvolle wijze. Daarbij benader jij iedereen op een gastvrije manier en straal jij dit ook uit. Verder beschik je over: - Het diploma beveiliger-2; - Jij bent stressbestendig en niet bang om handelend op te treden; - Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer; - Een uitstekende fysieke conditie en een representatief voorkomen; - Mogelijkheid om zelfstandig maar ook in een teamverband te werken; - Bereidheid om in wisseldiensten te werken; - BHV diploma of bereid om dit te halen (kan via Multiwacht); - Probleemoplossend denkvermogen; - Dienstverlenende en servicegerichte instelling; - Woonachtig in de omgeving van Utrecht of bereid hierheen te reizen. Wij bieden: - Een overeenkomst van 144 uur per 4 weken (fulltime). Werk je liever minder uren, dan is dit bespreekbaar; - Goede beloning en arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao Particuliere Beveiliging; - Direct een vast contract na het doorlopen van de proeftijd (2 maanden); - 24 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding. Naast de cao Particuliere Beveiliging bieden wij jou een aantal extra's: - Korting op verzekeringen bij Centraal Beheer; - Sportvergoeding per 4 weken; - Kosteloos volgen van diverse opleidingen; - Ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen; - Open communicatiestructuur.
