Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit:

  • Versnijden en verwerken van vleesJe verwerkt uitgebeend rund-, lam-, varkens- en gevogelte vlees met precisie en vakkennis.
  • Bereiden van vleesbereidingenJe maakt smaakvolle vleesbereidingen en kiest de juiste kruidenmengelingen. Traditionele recepten en technieken ken je als geen ander.
  • Klantbestellingen op maatJe luistert naar de wensen van klanten en bereidt bestellingen volledig op maat.
  • Netheid en hygiëneJe houdt je atelier steeds netjes en proper en leeft alle hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen strikt na.
  • Aantrekkelijke presentatieIn het atelier verwerk je het vlees en zorg je voor een verzorgde, uitnodigende presentatie ervan in de toonbank.
  • Teamspeler in atelier en winkelJe ondersteunt collega’s waar nodig en bedient klanten met een glimlach en een enthousiaste houding.
  • Productkennis en adviesOmdat kwaliteitsvlees jouw passie is, kan je klanten uitgebreid informeren over de verschillende producten.
  • RegiowerkingIn overleg met de regioverantwoordelijke zorg je voor ondersteuning of vervanging in winkels binnen jouw regio.
  • Je wisselt af tussen verschillende winkels in de regio, naargelang waar de nood die dag het grootste is.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring + diploma beenhouwer.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B én beschikt over je eigen wagen.
  • Teamplayer die vlot schakelt tussen verschillende taken
  • Kan het hoofd koel houden tijdens drukke momenten
  • Passie voor vlees en kwaliteit
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief
  • Beschikbaar voor wisselende uurroosters
