Als Moderne Werkplek Specialist bij ITSupervision ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van onze digitale werkplekken. Je bent een drijvende kracht achter het implementeren en beheren van moderne werkplekoplossingen zoals Microsoft 365, SharePoint en Teams. Je richt SharePoint in, onderhoudt het en biedt ondersteuning aan collega's. Je hebt al ervaring met het hele Moderne Werkplek traject van begin tot eind en kunt dit als geen ander leiden en vormgeven. Je houdt je bezig met de implementatie en de adoptie ervan. Met jouw deskundigheid in SharePoint en Teams, leid je iedereen in het gebruik van deze tools en leg je uit waarom ze van belang zijn en hoe ze gebruikt moeten worden. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen onze medewerkers efficiënt en veilig werken, zowel op kantoor als thuis. Wat vragen wij? Je communiceert duidelijk en past je soepel aan verschillende mensen en situaties aan. Complexe technische informatie weet je op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen aan collega's en gebruikers. Je straalt rust en vertrouwen uit, ook in hectische situaties. Samenwerken gaat je natuurlijk af en je draagt actief bij aan een prettige werksfeer binnen ITSupervision. Met jouw servicegerichte instelling zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers goed geholpen worden en IT-processen soepel blijven draaien. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig en behoud je ook onder druk het overzicht. Verder heb jij als Moderne Werkplek Specialist: - Een afgeronde opleiding in een relevante IT-richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Ervaring met Teams en Sharepoint. - Een rijbewijs B.
