The posting

Bouw mee aan hightech systemen als technisch assemblagemedewerker bij VDL MPC in Amersfoort. Je verdient € 17,07 bruto per uur en werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 06.00 tot 15.45 uur. Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de defensie-industrie zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren medewerkers met een achtergrond in metaalbewerking en assemblage. In deze functie werk je aan de vervaardiging en montage van metalen behuizingen en constructies voor geavanceerde defensiesystemen.

Wat ga je doen? Als technisch assemblagemedewerker bouw je hoogwaardige modules en systemen voor onder andere de defensie- en hightechindustrie. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies zorg je ervoor dat ieder onderdeel nauwkeurig wordt gemonteerd.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Samenstellen en monteren van metalen behuizingen aan de hand van technische tekeningen. - Boren van gaten en uitsparingen in metalen onderdelen. - Zagen, snijden en op maat maken van metalen componenten. - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige freeswerkzaamheden. - Hechten, puntlassen of verbinden van metalen onderdelen. - Bewerken van metalen onderdelen om ruimte te creëren voor interne componenten en bekabeling. - Controleren van maatvoering en kwaliteit van de vervaardigde onderdelen. - Werken volgens technische specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen.
