Genböck Haus steht seit über 35 Jahren für innovative, energieeffiziente Fertighäuser in nachhaltiger Holzbauweise. Wir wachsen weiter und suchen dich für unser Team in der Arbeitsvorbereitung. Wir suchen 3 Montagemitarbeiter/innen

Baumonteur(e)innen / Zimmer(er)innen für den Aufbau und die Montage unserer Fertighäuser - egal ob du bereits Erfahrung in der Montage hast oder deinen Einstieg suchst.

Einsatzgebiet: Oberösterreich, Salzburg, Niederösterreich & Wien

Vollzeit / 4 -Tage-WocheAufgaben & Tätigkeiten

* Mitwirkung bei der Montage von Fertighäusern und Holzelementen

* Unterstützung bei Dachstuhl-, Innen- und Fassadenarbeiten

* Mithilfe beim Be- und Entladen von Materialien

* Handwerkliche Tätigkeiten nach Vorgabe und unter Anleitung

* Sicheres, qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten auf der Baustelle

* Zusammenarbeit im Team, auch mit Fachkräften aus anderen Gewerken

Dein Profil - was du mitbringst

* Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an körperlicher Arbeit

* Erfahrung in Montage/Handwerk von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Bereitschaft, sich in neue Tätigkeiten einzuarbeiten

* Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Deutschkenntnisse für Sicherheits- und Arbeitsanweisungen

Auch ohne Lehrabschluss bist du willkommen - wenn du bereits Erfahrung im Holzbau mitbringst und bereit bist, dazuzulernen.

Lohn & BenefitsWir unterscheiden zwei Einstiegsstufen zur Orientierung:

* Montagehilfskraft (ohne Ausbildung / Einsteiger)

¿ Bruttolohn ab 18,00€/h ¿ ab 3.042,00€ brutto / Monat

(je nach Erfahrung, Qualifikation und Einsatzort)

* Fach-Montagemitarbeiter (mit Ausbildung / Erfahrung)

¿ Bruttolohn ab 19,30€/h ¿ ab 3.261,00 € brutto / Monat

¿ Exakte Löhne richten sich nach Kollektivvertrag, Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Überzahlung möglich je nach Leistung.
