The posting

Bij een industrieel productiebedrijf in Apeldoorn zorg je dat het machinepark en de technische installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Als ervaren monteur elektro- en besturingstechniek combineer je elektrotechnisch onderhoud met storingsanalyse aan PLC-besturingen en mechanische installaties. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende techniek: van koelcompressoren, warmtewisselaars en pompen tot waterzuivering, stoomgeneratoren en vacuüm- en omsnoeringsmachines. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar het directe herstel, maar ook naar aanpassingen die terugkerende storingen helpen voorkomen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je zelfstandig onderhoud af met gezamenlijk storingsonderzoek en het begeleiden van externe monteurs. Je stemt met je collega’s af welke ingrepen nodig zijn en voert modificaties aan installaties door. Je ervaring met PLC-besturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens S7 en TIA Portal, komt daarbij goed van pas. Met opleidingen en cursussen kun je je verder verdiepen in elektro-, besturings- en werktuigbouwkundige techniek. Eens per zes weken draai je een vergoede consignatiedienst. Functie-inhoud - Periodiek en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan productie-installaties en technische voorzieningen - Elektrotechnische, besturingstechnische en mechanische storingen signaleren, analyseren en verhelpen - PLC-besturingen onderzoeken om storingsoorzaken te achterhalen - Externe monteurs begeleiden bij werkzaamheden aan de installaties - Verbetervoorstellen doen voor de betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid van het machinepark - Modificaties en technische verbeteringen doorvoeren - Eens per zes weken consignatiedienst draaien Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4- of MTS-opleiding in elektrotechniek en/of besturingstechniek - Ruime ervaring als monteur in een productieomgeving - Ervaring met PLC-besturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens S7 en TIA Portal - Affiniteit met werktuigbouwkunde en mechanica - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en doorzetten bij complexe storingen - Bereidheid om je technische ke.
