The posting

Bij een producent van PTFE-transportbanden in Hengelo werk je aan machines die intern worden ontwikkeld en gebouwd. De transportbanden worden wereldwijd geleverd; jouw werk begint bij de elektrotechniek en besturing van de productie-installaties. Als monteur elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek ontwerp, onderhoud en verbeter je de besturing van zowel het eigen machinepark als machines voor klanten. Daarnaast zorg je voor de stroomvoorziening en elektrische verdeling in de fabriek. Je werkt samen met meerdere collega's binnen de technische dienst en krijgt ruimte voor zelfstandige keuzes en eigen verbetervoorstellen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je onderhoud en storingsanalyse met het aanpassen van elektrische schakelingen en machinebesturingen. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met je collega's en deelt wat je ontdekt. Interne begeleiding helpt je de specifieke toepassingen te leren kennen en je kennis van elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en aanpassen van besturingen voor eigen productiemachines en klantmachines - Onderhouden en verbeteren van de elektrotechnische installaties in het machinepark - Analyseren en verhelpen van elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen - Verzorgen van de stroomvoorziening en stroomverdeling in de fabriek - Testen van aangepaste schakelingen en besturingen op werking en veiligheid - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden en delen van technische kennis binnen de technische dienst Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Praktische kennis van elektrische machine-installaties en besturingscomponenten - Je kunt elektrische schema's lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Je werkt zelfstandig en draagt concrete technische verbeteringen aan - Je deelt je kennis met collega's en staat open om nieuwe toepassingen te leren - Je werkt zorgvuldig en veilig aan machines en elektrische installaties Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris.
