Als monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van montagewerkzaamheden en als je een senior monteur bent, ben je daarnaast ook verantwoordelijk voor het geven van werkinstructies aan junior en medior monteurs. Je werkt als monteur zeer zelfstandig, met vaste collega's en je zorgt dat de klus geklaard wordt. Bij sommige afdelingen krijg je wekelijks een planning en bij andere afdelingen krijg je je werkzaamheden op projectbasis. Bij montagewerkzaamheden kan je denken aan: - Als monteur verricht je werkzaamheden betreffende het voorbereiden, het leggen en verbinden van transport- en distributiesystemen voor gas en water, zoals drinkwaterleidingen en gasleidingen naar zowel woningen als bedrijfsgebouwen - Je verricht ook het noodzakelijk onderhoud - De werkzaamheden zijn nieuwbouw en sanering van hoofd- en dienstleidingen - Voorbereiding: tekening lezen, kabel tracé uitzetten en markeren, de ligging van de kabels en leidingen lokaliseren - Aanleggen en aansluiten van diverse transport leidingen voor zowel gas- en waterleidingen - Aanleg van hoofd- en dienstleidingen ten behoeve van nieuwbouwplannen - Renovatie van netten in bestaande bebouwing en omleggingen in verband met de aanleg van wegen en bebouwing - Na afloop van de werkzaamheden de omgeving in oorspronkelijke staat terugbrengen - De administratieve afhandeling van de verrichte werkzaamheden - Contact onderhouden met de bewoners en hun informeren wanneer nodig - Goed contact onderhouden met de uitvoerder en dagelijks rapporteren over de werkzaamheden.
