Als monteur houd je je bezig met het onderhouden, controleren en repareren van hoogwerkers en ander verhuurmaterieel. Je werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit: - Je verricht onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan verschillende soorten hoogwerkers en mobiele machines; - Je analyseert technische storingen op mechanisch, hydraulisch en elektrisch gebied en zorgt voor een passende oplossing; - Je controleert de machines op werking, veiligheid en eventuele slijtage; - Je vervangt defecte onderdelen en werkt aan hydraulische systemen, aandrijvingen en bewegende componenten; - Je zorgt ervoor dat het materieel technisch in orde is en klaargemaakt wordt voor verhuur; - Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en pakt storingen en reparaties op wanneer dat nodig is; - Je signaleert technische verbeterpunten en denkt mee over het betrouwbaar en veilig houden van het materieel. Wat heb je nodig? Wij zoeken een handige en gemotiveerde monteur die graag sleutelt aan verschillende soorten machines en materieel. Daarnaast vragen wij het volgende: - Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Mobiele Werktuigen of vergelijkbaar; - Je hebt ervaring met onderhoud en reparaties aan machines, bij voorkeur aan hoogwerkers, heftrucks, grondverzetmachines of ander mobiel materieel; - Je hebt kennis van mechanische systemen en bij voorkeur ook van hydrauliek en elektrotechniek; - Je bent in staat om storingen op te sporen en zelfstandig naar oplossingen te zoeken; - Je werkt zorgvuldig, hebt oog voor veiligheid en levert graag goed werk af; - Je bent praktisch ingesteld, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en houdt van technisch werk.
