The posting

Bij een Brabants familiebedrijf in Erp werk je aan elektrotechnische installaties voor industriële automatisering. Je monteert, bekabelt en sluit installaties aan voor projecten in onder meer de mengvoerindustrie, logistiek, levensmiddelenindustrie en automotive. Vanuit tekeningen en elektrische schema’s vertaal je het ontwerp naar een zorgvuldig opgebouwde installatie. Daarbij combineer je zelfstandig montagewerk met ondersteuning bij de inbedrijfstelling, zodat de installatie klaar is voor gebruik in de productieomgeving. Op locatie werk je samen met collega-monteurs en de software engineer. Je ondersteunt bij I/O-tests, houdt wijzigingen bij in revisietekeningen en bewaakt de veiligheid en kwaliteit van je werk. Als ervaren eerste monteur begeleid je ook collega’s bij de uitvoering. De communicatie is direct en de lijnen zijn kort. Met persoonlijke cursussen en opleidingen kun je je verder verdiepen in industriële elektrotechniek en het uitlezen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen. Functie-inhoud - Monteren, bekabelen en aansluiten van industriële elektrotechnische installaties - Zelfstandig werken vanaf schetsen, tekeningen en elektrische schema’s - Assisteren bij montagewerkzaamheden en inbedrijfstellingen op locatie - De software engineer ondersteunen bij I/O-tests - Revisietekeningen en projectdocumentatie bijwerken - Toezien op veiligheid en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering - Als eerste monteur collega-monteurs begeleiden en aansturen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of vergelijkbaar - Technische kennis van industriële automatisering in de procesindustrie - Ervaring met PLC-besturingen uitlezen en programmeren, of bereidheid dit te leren - Gestructureerde, kwaliteitsgerichte werkwijze en goede communicatieve vaardigheden - VCA Basis of VOL passend bij je niveau, of bereidheid dit te behalen - Rijbewijs B is een pré Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.100 (indicatie op basis van functie en erv.
