The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in Veenendaal werk je aan de elektrotechnische opbouw en inbedrijfstelling van logistieke machines en productielijnen. Deze machinebouwer ontwikkelt standaardmachines, maatwerkoplossingen en complete turnkey-systemen voor toepassingen in binnen- en buitenland. Als monteur industriële automatisering ben je betrokken vanaf de bekabeling tot het moment waarop de installatie functioneert. Je werkt aan zowel nieuwe machines als bestaande systemen, in de werkplaats en op locatie bij de klant. In de dagelijkse praktijk lees je elektrische schema’s, sluit je componenten aan en controleer je of signalen en aansluitingen correct werken. Tijdens het testen en inbedrijfstellen stem je af met collega-monteurs en engineers en zoek je systematisch naar de oorzaak van storingen. Zo leer je de samenhang tussen mechanica, elektrotechniek en besturing steeds beter kennen. Met toegang tot cursussen en opleidingen kun je je vakkennis verder verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Bekabelen en aansluiten van logistieke machines en productielijnen - Monteren van elektrotechnische componenten aan de hand van elektrische schema’s - Controleren van aansluitingen, sensoren en signalen voorafgaand aan inbedrijfstelling - Testen en inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe en bestaande machines - Opsporen en verhelpen van elektrotechnische storingen - Afstemmen met monteurs en engineers in de werkplaats en bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Mechatronica of een verwante technische richting - Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare monteursfunctie - Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en werkt zorgvuldig aan bekabeling en aansluitingen - Je bent bereid om bij klanten in Nederland en het buitenland te werken - Je beheerst het Nederlands voor technische afstemming en veiligheidsinstructies - Een VCA- en NEN 3140-certificaat zijn een pré Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.100 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervarin.
