Ben jij een technisch sterke monteur die liever in de fabriek staat dan achter een bureau? Dan zoeken wij jou. Onze klant, een technische dienstverlener in de regio Willebroek, zoekt een Monteur Industriële Installaties, ook bekend als industrieel technieker of onderhoudstechnieker. Je werkt bij verschillende industriële productiebedrijven en doet daar montage, onderhoud en interventies.

Geen dag is dezelfde. Je gaat op pad met je eigen bestelwagen en lost technische problemen op aan machines, productielijnen en installaties. Je werkt met mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en soms hydraulica. Zo bouw je elke dag aan je technische ervaring.

Onze klant is een stabiele en groeiende speler die staat voor technische expertise en een klantgerichte aanpak. Je komt terecht in een familiaal team met collega-techniekers die je graag verder helpen. Heb je al een eerste technische ervaring? Dan is dit een mooie stap vooruit in je carrière als monteur of onderhoudstechnieker.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan machines, productielijnen en industriële installaties.
  • Je zoekt storingen op en verhelpt ze, of ze nu elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch of hydraulisch zijn.
  • Je controleert, regelt af en optimaliseert technische systemen en onderdelen.
  • Je bereidt je interventies voor, met materiaalcontrole en planning.
  • Je noteert wat je gedaan hebt: werkzaamheden, gebruikte onderdelen en gewerkte uren.
  • Je merkt op waar bij de klant iets beter kan en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt volgens de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en onderhoudsprocedures.
  • Je werkt op locatie samen met collega-techniekers en met de medewerkers van de klant.
  • Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica (graduaat, bachelor of master), of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een technische of industriële job.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van mechanica en/of elektriciteit.
  • Je kent de basis van pneumatica. Kennis van hydraulica is een pluspunt.
  • Je lost problemen graag zelf op, denkt klantgericht en blijft georganiseerd, ook als het druk is.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van afwisseling in je werk.
  • Je hebt rijbewijs B, zodat je klanten vlot bereikt.
