Als Monteur Machinebouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de assemblage en montage van geavanceerde mechanische en hydraulische systemen. Je werkt dagelijks aan innovatieve machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet voor afvalinzameling en recycling. Van het lezen van technische tekeningen tot het nauwkeurig monteren van complexe componenten: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk systeem perfect functioneert voordat het de deur uitgaat. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar precisie en kwaliteit voorop staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want het brede productportfolio zorgt voor afwisseling in je werkzaamheden. Je bouwt zowel aan hydraulische hefmechanismen als aan volledig geautomatiseerde elektrische systemen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de integratie van weeg- en identificatiesystemen in de machines. Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de groei van haar medewerkers door middel van interne en externe opleidingen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar functies zoals Hoofdmonteur, Werkvoorbereider of Technisch Specialist, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complexere projecten en mogelijk een coördinerende rol binnen het team. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Assembleren en monteren van mechanische en hydraulische componenten volgens technische tekeningen en werkinstructies; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en functionele testen op gemonteerde systemen; - Samenwerken met collega's uit de productie, engineering en kwaliteitsafdeling; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in het montageproces en actief meedenken over optimalisaties; - Zorgen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkplek conform de geldende richtlijnen.
