SSI SCHÄFER Waalwijk - 2 dagen geleden Werken aan één van de grootste geautomatiseerde logistieke systemen van Europa Bij Bol. in Waalwijk draait een ultramodern fulfilmentcenter waar ieder uur tot wel 40.000 pakketten worden verwerkt. SSI SCHÄFER heeft de complete intralogistieke installatie gerealiseerd en verzorgt het onderhoud ervan. Met ruim 2.000 shuttles, 30 kilometer aan conveyors en geavanceerde besturingssystemen is dit een werkomgeving waar techniek centraal staat. Als Onderhoudsmonteur zorg jij ervoor dat de installatie maximaal beschikbaar blijft en storingen snel worden opgelost. In de rol van monteur onderhoud en service werk je in een moderne omgeving bij een van de grootste E-commerce Fullfilment Centers. Je werkt met meer dan 40 collega's nauw samen om de installatie veilig en optimaal te laten functioneren. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan conveyors, transportsystemen, shuttles, sensoren en weegsystemen; - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen; - Vervangen, afstellen en testen van technische componenten; - Signaleren van verbeter mogelijkheden om storingen te voorkomen en processen te optimaliseren; - Vastleggen van analyses, werkzaamheden en verbeteringen in rapportages. Dit breng jij mee - Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektrotechniek of mechatronica en hebt minimaal een mbo niveau 3; - Je hebt ervaring als onderhouds-, service- of storingsmonteur, als operator of vergelijkbaar; - Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed - Je bent bereidheid om in 5-ploegen te werken; - Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en hebt een klantgerichte instelling.
