Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Monteur Scheepsonderhoud (Mechanical Fitter). In deze functie werk je aan zowel nieuwbouw- als reparatieschepen en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het veilig en vakkundig uitvoeren van uiteenlopende montage- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen als Monteur Scheepsonderhoud? Als monteur scheepsonderhoud werk je onder leiding van een voorman en productiecoördinator. Je ontvangt dagelijks je werkopdrachten, voert deze zelfstandig of samen met collega's uit en koppelt de resultaten terug. Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig andere afdelingen en werk je samen met ingeleende monteurs om het werk zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, schema's en werkopdrachten; - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden, waaronder het controleren van de werkplek en beschikbaarheid van onderdelen; - Demonteren, monteren, repareren en reviseren van pompen en winches; - Demonteren en monteren van schroefassen en roeren; - Werken aan hydrauliekcilinders, stuurmachines en pneumatische systemen; - Uitlijnen van pompen, motoren en tandwielkasten (in samenwerking met specialisten); - Maken en aanpassen van fundaties; - Transporteren van onderdelen in en uit schepen; - Assisteren bij het in bedrijf stellen van installaties; - Uitvoeren van metingen en vastleggen van meetresultaten; - Flexibel bijspringen in andere technische disciplines wanneer nodig; - Werken vol...
