Ervaren monteur staalbouw

Bouw mee aan de meest indrukwekkende, zware staalstructuren van Vlaanderen en til jouw carriere naar een hoger niveau.

Ben jij een ervaren monteur die graag op grote hoogte acteert en blink jij uit in precisiewerk met zware staalconstructies? Voor uitdagende en complexe bouwprojecten over heel Vlaanderen zoek ik een gedreven vakman die houdt van impact en technische uitdagingen. In deze rol werk je met modern materieel in een hecht team waar jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt. Samen met Randstad bouw je aan een stabiele toekomst met echte werkzekerheid en volop groeikansen.

  • Aantoonbare en relevante ervaring met de montage van grote, dragende staalconstructies op werven.
  • Vlot kunnen lezen en begrijpen van technische montageplannen.
  • Uitstekend technisch inzicht en het vermogen om veilig en comfortabel op hoogte te werken.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor een vlotte en veilige communicatie via walkietalkie.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B om je gemakkelijk te verplaatsen.
  • Bezit van een VCA-attest of attesten voor hoogwerker en verreiker is een mooie troef.
  • Monteren van zware, dragende staalstructuren van tientallen tonnen op actieve industriële werven.
  • Veilig positioneren en nauwkeurig uitlijnen van diverse staalonderdelen op grote hoogte.
  • Definitief opspannen van boutverbindingen volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Zorgvuldig interpreteren en zelfstandig lezen van complexe montageplannen.
  • Samenwerken met mobiele telescoopkranen en hoogwerkers om lasten vlot te manipuleren.
  • Naleven van strikte veiligheidsprocedures om elke werkdag zonder incidenten te laten verlopen.
