The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende producent in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie in Dalfsen werk je als Monteur TD Besturingstechniek aan de technische betrouwbaarheid van productie-installaties. Je richt je op de elektrische en besturingstechnische kant van machines: van sensoren en aandrijvingen tot PLC-signalen en bedieningspanelen. In deze rol draait het om storingen doorgronden, veilig herstellen en voorkomen dat dezelfde problemen terugkeren. Daarbij houd je rekening met de eisen die voedselproductie stelt aan hygiëne, kwaliteit en continuïteit. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je werk aan de lijn met het uitlezen van besturingen en het controleren van elektrische schema’s. Je stemt met operators en collega-monteurs af wat een machine doet en waar het proces afwijkt. Door bevindingen vast te leggen en verbeteringen te bespreken, bouw je aan structureel onderhoud. Je ontwikkelt je verder in storingsdiagnose, industriële automatisering en de samenhang tussen besturing, elektrotechniek en mechanica. Functie-inhoud - Elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen aan productie-installaties analyseren en verhelpen - PLC-signalen, HMI-meldingen en sensoren controleren tijdens storingsdiagnose - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrische componenten en aandrijvingen - Elektrische schema’s raadplegen en technische wijzigingen documenteren - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en verbeteringen voorstellen - Werkzaamheden afstemmen met operators en de technische dienst, met aandacht voor veilig en hygiënisch werken Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met onderhoud en storingszoeken aan industriële machines - Inzicht in PLC-besturingen, I/O-signalen en HMI-bediening - Je leest elektrische schema’s en werkt met elektrische meetapparatuur - Kennis van sensoren, elektromotoren en frequentieregelaars - Je werkt zorgvuldig, overlegt met productie en houdt rekening met voedselveiligheid Aanbod -..
