The posting

Bij een brouwerij in Enschede werk je als Monteur TD Besturingstechniek aan de technische betrouwbaarheid van productie-installaties. Je richt je op de elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische kant van het brouw- en verpakkingsproces. Daarbij draait het om storingen doorgronden, veilig ingrijpen en voorkomen dat dezelfde problemen terugkomen. Je combineert praktisch onderhoud met inzicht in PLC-besturingen, sensoren, aandrijvingen en de samenhang tussen machine en proces. Je werkt in een drieploegendienst, waarbij continuïteit en een zorgvuldige overdracht belangrijk zijn. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je met operators en collega-monteurs af wat een installatie doet en waar het misgaat. Je gebruikt elektrische schema's, storingsmeldingen en PLC-diagnose om oorzaken gericht te onderzoeken. Naast herstel kijk je naar structurele verbeteringen en onderhoud dat stilstand helpt beperken. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis op het raakvlak van elektrotechniek, automatisering en productie in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Functie-inhoud - Elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen aan productie- en verpakkingsinstallaties analyseren en verhelpen - PLC-diagnose en HMI-meldingen gebruiken om storingsoorzaken te lokaliseren - Sensoren, motoren, frequentieregelaars en elektrische componenten controleren en onderhouden - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren met aandacht voor veiligheid en voedselhygiëne - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en technische verbeteringen voorstellen - Werkzaamheden vastleggen en bevindingen overdragen aan operators en de volgende ploeg Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met elektrotechnisch onderhoud en storingszoeken aan industriële installaties - Inzicht in PLC-besturingen, HMI's en de werking van sensoren en aandrijvingen - Elektrische schema's kunnen lezen en meetmiddelen veilig gebruiken - Bereidheid om in een drieploegendienst te werken - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze e.
