Als monteur technische dienst elektro en besturingstechniek werk je in dagdienst binnen een industriële productieomgeving in Kerkrade. Je richt je op de elektrische en besturingstechnische kant van productie-installaties: van sensoren en aandrijvingen tot schakelkasten en PLC-signalen. De kern van je werk is storingen zorgvuldig analyseren, installaties veilig herstellen en terugkerende problemen helpen voorkomen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar het defecte onderdeel, maar ook naar de oorzaak in het proces. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je metingen en inspecties met preventief onderhoud en overleg met operators en collega-monteurs. Je gebruikt elektrische schema’s en besturingsdiagnose om problemen gericht af te bakenen. Door bevindingen vast te leggen en verbeteringen te bespreken, draag je bij aan betrouwbaar draaiende machines. Tegelijk verdiep je je in industriële elektrotechniek, aandrijftechniek en de samenhang tussen PLC-besturing en machinegedrag. Functie-inhoud - Elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen aan productie-installaties analyseren en verhelpen - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan schakelkasten, sensoren, motoren en aandrijvingen - Elektrische schema’s, meetresultaten en PLC-signalen gebruiken voor storingsdiagnose - Defecte componenten vervangen en de veilige werking van installaties controleren - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en technische verbeteringen voorstellen - Onderhoudswerkzaamheden vastleggen en afstemmen met operators en collega-monteurs Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-niveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of vergelijkbare praktijkkennis - Ervaring met elektrisch onderhoud en storingszoeken aan industriële machines - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en veilig kunnen werken met meetapparatuur - Basiskennis van PLC-besturingen, sensoren en frequentieregelaars - Een systematische werkwijze en aandacht voor veilig spanningsloos werken - Bereidheid om 40 uur per week in dagdienst te werken in Kerkrade A.
